Milos Teodosic, the veteran guard for Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade, has been handed disciplinary sanctions by the ABA League following an incident during the 20th-round game against Buducnost VOLI Podgorica.
The ABA League's Disciplinary Judge, Hrvoje Vidan, imposed the sanctions after Teodosic was found guilty of violating the article for threatening a referee during the match.
The sanctions include a ban from appearing in the next three ABA League games, beginning with Round 21. In addition, Teodosic has been fined €7,500.
These disciplinary measures were enacted based on several sections of the Disciplinary Code, which outline penalties for inappropriate conduct towards referees.
This ruling serves as a reminder of the ABA League's commitment to maintaining fair play and respect for officials on the court.
