Current AS Monaco shooting guard Jordan Loyd left Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv and Israel on October 10 last year due to the escalating war situation in the Middle East.

His decision drew criticism from Hapoel Tel Aviv star Patrick Beverley, who called similar exits "fu**ed up."

"He was able to leave. The guys are kind of getting the money, but a couple of months later, they use the 'war clause' to leave and go somewhere else," Beverley said at that time.

Fast forward to today, and Beverley himself has now left Hapoel. Loyd, who was previously criticized, took notice and responded on social media.

"Bro had so much to say about me and mine tho," Loyd tweeted on X. "This is why you don't speak on other people's situations, especially when you clueless as to what's going on. He was quick to judge me while being loud and wrong. I'm sure he has his reasons, too, but this is why you mind yours and wish people the best."

Beverley's departure comes after disagreements with Hapoel coach Dimitris Itoudis, leading to his suspension for mocking the coach on social media.

The 12-year NBA veteran had also faced family pressures about staying in Israel during uncertain times in late November.
