Daniel Theis alongside Christian Sengfelder will join the German National team in the upcoming European Championship qualification window, officially announced by the German Basketball Federation.

Daniel Theis is among the 13 players included in the updated roster for the final two games in the qualification for the EuroBasket, although he'll miss first game of the window against Montenegro and only will be available for the game at home against Bulgaria.

Per Basketnews sources, Daniel Theis is set to return to Europe and has committed to sign with AS Monaco, after his 8-year tenure in the NBA, that's the reason of his availability to represent Germany in this window.

A key member of Germany's 2023 FIBA World Cup-winning squad, Theis has also played a pivotal role in the Paris 2024 Olympics, averaging 7.8 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.0 steals, and 0.8 blocks while helping lead his national team to the semifinals.
