Following today's Shareholders' Meeting on Friday, February 7, Virtus Bologna has revealed major changes in its leadership. Massimo Zanetti is appointed the Chairman of the club, Marco Comellini and Giuseppe Sermasi are appointed as directors. Comellini is also the new CEO of Virtus.
Virtus Segafredo Bologna has announced significant leadership changes following today’s Shareholders’ Meeting, held on Friday, February 7.
Massimo Zanetti has been appointed as the Chairman of the club, while Marco Comellini and Giuseppe Sermasi have been appointed as Directors of the organization.
In addition to these appointments, the Board of Directors has named Marco Comellini as the new CEO of Virtus. Giuseppe Sermasi will also serve as a Board Member.
The Shareholders’ Meeting concluded by expressing gratitude to the outgoing Board members for their outstanding work and acknowledging their contributions to the continued success of the club.
These changes mark a new chapter in the club’s leadership, as Virtus continue to build for the future both on and off the court.
