The team is taking precautionary measures to ensure his recovery.
"It was a surprise for me, too, because the injury happened during the warm-up. He had calf discomfort. He will have an MRI, and we will wait for the results to see if he will be available in the coming days," coach Ergin Ataman said after a 100-81 win over PAOK.
This season, Sloukas has been a consistent presence, playing in all 19 EuroLeague games and averaging 7.9 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 4.6 assists for 11.1 PIR.
On Thursday, Panathinaikos will host Partizan in EuroLeague Round 20.
