The EuroCup game between Lietkabelis Panevezys and Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana, originally set for Thursday in Panevezys, is expected to be called off, sources inform BasketNews.

Cedevita Olimpija's travel to Lithuania faced delays due to bad weather conditions, preventing the team from flying at the originally scheduled time.

When the situation failed to improve, their trip was postponed to game day. However, the Slovenian team won't be able to make the game in time, BasketNews sources confirmed.

An official decision from the EuroLeague is still pending on whether the game will be postponed or result in a technical loss.

An official EuroLeague announcement is anticipated soon.

Lietkabelis previously played a postponed EuroCup game this season, rescheduled due to massive floods in Valencia.
