Gordon Herbert said that Vladimir Lucic is expected to return to action next week if his recovery goes well, following his absence due to an undisclosed injury.
FC Bayern Munich forward Vladimir Lucic missed the double-round week of action due to an undisclosed injury. During this time, his team faced a loss against Partizan on Tuesday but bounced back with a win against Paris on Thursday night.
After the latter game, coach Gordon Herbert provided an update on the Serbian player, saying, "I think Vladimir will be ready next week if everything goes well."
Next Friday, Bayern, currently holding a 2-2 record, will host Olympiacos Piraeus in EuroLeague Round 5.
So far this season, Lucic has appeared in two EuroLeague games, averaging 5.5 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 7.0 PIR in nearly 22 minutes per match, starting both games.
