Newly acquired Sacramento King DeMar DeRozan seemed excited to share the floor and run schemes with Domantas Sabonis.
The Sacramento Kings are hoping to get back into the playoff mix after missing the postseason last year.
In the offseason, the Kings added a key piece in DeMar DeRozan to make that happen.
DeRozan is slowly getting the hang of things in training camp, and one of the things he seemed excited about was running plays with Domantas Sabonis.
“You can't guard it,” DeRozan said in a report posted by Fox 40's Sean Cunningham. “That's what I like about it, having an IQ big like that, being able to screen, pass the ball, make quick decisions. You got to make a decision.
"When I'm coming off, or if he's gonna keep it, he's gonna score it, there's just so many options out of that. And to be able to play out of that, it makes it tough for defensive players to kind of make a decision on either one of us.”

With his midrange game, DeRozan is a lethal threat in pick-and-roll situations, which could bode well for the Kings if they utilize him with Sabonis a lot.
Last season, DeRozan averaged 24.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 1.1 steals. He shot 48% from the field, 33% from the 3-point line, and 85% from the freethrow line.
DeRozan finished second in voting for the Clutch Player of the Year award, losing to Steph Curry.
