Bayern Munich was 1.4 seconds away from another shocking loss in BBL, but Devin Booker was there to save the day with a game-winner against Hamburg. 81-80 was the final score.

Bayern Munich was on the brink of a new loss in BBL, trailing against Veolia Hamburg Towers with less than 8 seconds to go.

Devin Booker came to rescue with a game winner, with 1.4 seconds left on the clock Booker utilised his mismatch and won the match for Bavarians, 81-80 [21-21, 21-20, 16-19, 23-20].

Booker was also Bayern's top scorer, adding 19 points including his game-winning bucket. Vladimir Lucic also had a brilliant performance with 15 points, 7 rebounds and loads of important possesions in the clutch.

Even though Shabazz Napier was missing, Nick Weiler-Babb had a monstrous performance, nearly grasping a triple-double, with 12 points, 12 assists, and 7 rebounds. Oscar da Silva also had a good game with 8 points and 11 rebounds.

Brae Ivey was most notable in Hamburg, dropping 19 points with 6 rebounds along the way. Keondre Kennedy had 15 for German represent in the EuroCup, Kur Kuath scored 12.
