Partizan's president, Ostoja Mijailovic, announced that the Brazilian big man is leaving the club to sign with Hapoel Shlomo Tel Aviv, confirming the rumors about the transfer.

As part of the deal, the Serbian club will receive a €600,000 buyout from the Israeli organization.

According to Tomer Givati from Israel Hayom, Caboclo will earn around €1.5 million this season.

Caboclo had left Partizan early last season, which prompted a response from the club, sanctioning the player. It ultimately caused a standoff between the two sides for the entirety of the summer.

The Brazilian center worked out for multiple NBA clubs, hoping to come back to the league, but ultimately settled to remain in Europe.

In his first season in the EuroLeague last year, Caboclo averaged 9.4 points and 4 rebounds per game for 10.5 PIR for Partizan. His stats were a bit lower in the ABA League - 7.8 points and 3.8 rebounds for 9.6 PIR.

Caboclo once again dazzled the crowds while representing the Brazilian national team this summer. He averaged an impressive 17.8 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 blocks per game in the Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Riga, Latvia. Caboclo coupled that with 17.3-point and 7-rebound averages in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
