Kevin Durant, who missed training camp and exhibition games due to a calf injury, has been cleared to play in Team USA's Olympic opener against Serbia today, according to USA Basketball.

Durant did not participate in any of the five Team USA exhibition games because of his calf strain.

A three-time Olympic gold medalist and a 2010 World Cup gold medalist, KD is the USA's all-time Olympic leader in total points (435), scoring average (19.8 ppg), field goals (146), 3-point field goals (74), and free throws (69).

He also ranks third in rebounds (118) and blocks (16), and fourth in games played (24) and assists (71).

If he wins gold at the Paris Olympics, the 35-year-old could surpass Carmelo Anthony as the winningest Olympic men's basketball player ever.

The USA-Serbia game in the Olympics starts at 5:15 p.m. CET / 11:15 a.m. ET and will be broadcast live on NBC and Peacock.
