Sam Hauser has been a crucial piece in the Boston Celtics title push this season, and their front office decided to award him. Sharpshooter from Green Bay is getting a brand new four-year deal with the NBA champions.
As Adrian Wojnarowski from ESPN reports, the contract is set in place for the upcoming four seasons, valued at $45 million.
Soon-to-be 27 year old has played for previous three seasons in the "green" jersey, after not being drafted in 2021 NBA Draft.
Last season, Hauser played 98 games, including playoffs, and averaged 9.0 points per game, 3.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists, on an impressive 42.4% beyond the arc.
