According to Adrian Wojnarowski from ESPN, the rights of Balsa Koprivica, who currently plays for Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade, were traded. The 24-year-old was drafted with the 57th pick in the 2021 NBA Draft.

The overall trade package:

  • Clippers receive:
    • Kris Dunn
  • Jazz receive:
    • Draft rights to Balsa Koprivica
    • Right to swap 2030 second-round picks
    • $4.3 million
    • Russell Westbrook

Russell Westbrook is expected to reach a contract buyout with the Jazz. Upon clearing waivers, the veteran point guard is expected to sign with the Denver Nuggets.

Koprivica is one of the very few players from last year's Partizan roster who will remain on the squad in the upcoming season as well. The club has signed former NBA guards Frank Ntilikina and Carlik Jones this offseason.

While only three signings have been officially announced, Partizan's president Ostoja Mijailovic said that 11 players are currently on the roster, but the rest of the additions will be announced at a later time in August.
