Anderson will sign a 3-year, $27 million contract with the Warriors, as reported by ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
The deal is a sign-and-trade with the Minnesota Timberwolves getting a future second-round pick swap and cash in return.
Anderson's deal also includes a non-guaranteed third year.
The 30-year-old Anderson averaged 6.4 points, 4.2 assists, and 3.5 rebounds last season for the Timberwolves.
