Wade Baldwin IV confirmed he will leave Maccabi due to an ongoing war.

Baldwin has a contract with Maccabi until the end of the 2024-25 season, but the American guard said it will be terminated.
"This was my last game here," Baldwin said after winning the Israeli League with Maccabi. "We're gonna go somewhere else. We are going to terminate the contract here. I have nothing but love for every single part of Maccabi."
"It has been an unbelievable 2 years for me. I absolutely love these fans, I absolutely love the coaching staff, I absolutely love every teammate I had here," Baldwin added.
Baldwin also revealed that the ongoing war was the main factor behind his decision.
"Why am I leaving? The obvious reasons," explained Baldwin. "A lot about the family, a lot of fear about the near future. Not an easy decision to leave Maccabi Tel Aviv. The fans and the club were family to me, it was amazing. I don't know if everyone is leaving; I know I am leaving; I love my family very much."
Baldwin averaged 17.4 points, 2.5 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and 19.1 PIR per game in 30 EuroLeague appearances for Maccabi this season.
Baldwin was included in the All-EuroLeague Second Team this season.
