For the first time since 2016, the EuroLeague MVP is set to hit free agency in Europe. AS Monaco's star guard Mike James has decided to explore the market and will undoubtedly receive many intriguing offers from various EuroLeague powerhouses.

BasketNews has compiled a short list of five EuroLeague teams that would make sense for Mike James' future career.

Olympiacos Piraeus

Olympiacos suffered a double setback during the Final Four weekend in Berlin.

First, they failed to advance to the title game, losing to Real Madrid. Additionally, their plans for next season were dashed when Keenan Evans got injured in an LKL game, jeopardizing his signing with Olympiacos.

If Olympiacos decides to move on from Evans and re-enter the market, Mike James emerges as an ideal solution to their problems.

Coming off a EuroLeague MVP year, James was the top scorer in the fourth quarters last season, averaging 6.2 of his 17.9 total points per game (35%) in the final 10 minutes, according to BBallytics.

He also led the league in 4th-quarter points created through scoring and assisting, with 8.9 points per last quarter.

BBallytics data also shows that Olympiacos had the 7th best offensive rating in the fourth quarters during the regular season but the second-worst in the postseason.
