Spain announced a 22-man roster for the 2024 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament.

Ricky Rubio is noticeably absent from the roster, having re-started his national team playing career in the last window of the 2025 FIBA EuroBasket Qualifiers.

Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv playmaker Lorenzo Brown is joined by names such as Memphis Grizzlies forward Santi Aldama, Real Madrid veterans Rudy Fernandez and Sergio Llull, as well as Juancho and Willy Hernangomez from Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens and FC Barcelona, respectively.

Spain will be one of the Olympic Qualifying Tournament hosts, as it will take place in Valencia from July 2 to 7.

Latvia, Puerto Rico, and Spain will also be hosting the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournaments, which will be played from July 2 to 7, 2024, in the cities of Riga, San Juan, and Valencia.

Two teams from each group will advance to the semifinal stage. However, only the winners of each FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament 2024 will claim their ticket to the Olympic Basketball Tournament at the 2024 Olympic Games.

The basketball tournament at the Paris Olympics is scheduled to run from July 27 to August 11.
