Randle suffered the injury in the fourth quarter when Heat forward Jaime Jaquez Jr. attempted to draw a charge. As Randle rose for a layup, the collision caused him to fall directly on his right shoulder.

He finished the game with 19 points, nine rebounds and three assists. This season, he is averaging 24.0 points, 9.2 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game.

According to a report from ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Randle's X-ray did not show much damage, as the player is expected to return to action within the next few weeks and not months.

Injury analyst Jeff Stotts has noted that the average time missed for a nondescript shoulder dislocation is approximately one month (31 days).
