Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade forward Marko Simonovic is expected to join Besiktas Emlakjet Istanbul, according to Murat Ozen.
Ozen reports that Besiktas will loan Simonovic, who joined Crvena Zvezda this summer after two seasons with the Chicago Bulls.
Simonovic didn't get many opportunities in the EuroLeague with Crvena Zvezda, as he averaged 7.0 minutes, 2.8 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 1.2 PIR per game in 11 appearances.
Simonovic should be a solid boost for Besiktas, which currently sit in 5th place in the EuroCup Group A.
The Turkish club has an 8-5 record and will play an upcoming game on January 10 against Umana Reyer Venezia.
