The NBA fined Houston Rockets' head coach Ime Udoka and guard Dillon Brooks after the Rockets' 128-119 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks on December 17.
The sanctions were announced by Joe Dumars, the head of basketball operations for the NBA.
Ime Udoka was handed a $25,000 fine for "directing inappropriate language toward a game official."
On the other hand, Dillon Brooks received a $35,000 fine for "directing inappropriate language toward a game official and publicly criticizing the officiating."
The sanctions were leveled after the two were ejected with technical fouls towards the end of the Rockets-Bucks game, with both being sent away with 38 seconds remaining.
Houston Rockets was defeated by the Bucks in a close game. Certain officiating calls irritated the Texan team and led to the fines at hand.
