Former NBA player Chris Chiozza signed with Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz until the end of the season.
Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz completed another signing to its point guard position by adding Chris Chiozza, announced the team on the 1st of November.
The transfer comes less than a day after BasketNews sources confirmed the rumor.
A former NBA player, the 27-year-old went undrafted in 2018 but still managed to accumulate 91 NBA appearances in which he collected 3.3 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game in four teams.
In the 2021-22 season, where he made 34 appearances, Chiozza won the NBA with the Golden State Warriors.
Last year, he played in the Brooklyn Nets' G-League affiliate, the Long Island Nets. There, he averaged 12.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 9.0 assists in 30 games.
Spending the first part of this season in the Liga Endesa playing for UCAM Murcia, the point guard averaged 9.9 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 5.4 assists per game.
