Charlotte Hornets point guard Frank Ntilikina didn't finish the pre-season game vs. Boston Celtics due to a left knee hyperextension.

Charlotte Hornets point guard Frank Ntilikina was forced to leave the pre-season game against the Boston Celtics due to an injury.

The Hornets announced that the 25-year-old suffered a left knee hyperextension. At the moment, there's no timetable for Ntilikina's return.

Ntilikina finished the game with 2 points (1/3 2PT, 0/2 3PT), 1 rebound, 1 assist, 1 steal, 1 block, and 1 turnover in 14 minutes of play.

Ntilikina spent the last 2 seasons with the Dallas Mavericks. In the 2022-23 campaign, he averaged 2.9 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game in 47 appearances.
