Devonte Graham received an NBA suspension for two games for pleading guilty to driving while impaired (DWI).
NBA has taken action against San Antonio Spurs guard Devonte' Graham by suspending him for two games, per the official announcement.

The suspension comes as a result of Graham pleading guilty to a charge of driving while impaired (DWI) from an incident that occurred in the summer of 2022.
On June 29, Graham admitted his guilt to the DWI charge, which is considered a misdemeanor offense.
This charge stemmed from an arrest made on July 7, 2022. Fortunately for Graham, the speeding charge initially brought against him in connection with the incident was dismissed.
The incident took place in Raleigh, North Carolina, where police caught Graham driving at a speed of 63 mph in a 40-mph zone.
Following his arrest and testing at the Wake County Detention Center, it was found that Graham had a blood alcohol content of 0.11 on the breathalyzer test, surpassing the legal limit of 0.08 in North Carolina.
