During the media session, Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla confirmed White will be a starting point guard in the 2023-24 campaign.
White will essentially replace Marcus Smart, who was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies.
Last season, White averaged 12.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 3.9 assists per game in 82 appearances for the Celtics.
