However, according to the latest update from ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Brook's contract is even more lucrative.
Brooks completed a sign-and-trade deal, which allow him to earn $86 million in 4 years with the Rockets. Also, there are an extra $4 million in incentives that can bring Brooks' contract to $90 million.
Brooks became the second high-profile player to land in Houston after Fred VanVleed agreed on a three-year $130 million deal earlier in the free agency period.
Last season for the Memphis Grizzlies, Brooks averaged 14.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.6 assists on 39.6% shooting.
