The American guard has been dealing with an injury since the EuroLeague playoff series against Olympiacos Piraeus a month ago.

Head coach Dimitris Itoudis will also have to do without Sehmus Hazer, Nemanja Bjelica, and Devin Booker. The Serbian and the American forward have remained sidelined for several weeks.

Having contested 20 Turkish league games, Edwards averaged 13.3 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 2.1 assists, while over 34 EuroLeague games, the 25-year-old guard counted 8.0 points, along with 1.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists in almost 15 minutes of playing time.

Fenerbahce are hosted by Anadolu Efes at the Sinan Erdem Arena this Wednesday (June 7) with the aim to make it 2-1 in the playoff semi-final series.
