Via Sporx, Dunston was involved in a serious car accident, as his vehicle got trapped under a lorry.
Efes' GM Alper Yilmaz posted a picture on Twitter, with Dunston holding his thumbs up. The blood stains could be visible on his clothes, while his hands were bandaged up.
