Parker, Nowitzki, Gasol, and Dwyane Wade joined 49 other former players as members of the Hall of Fame in their first year of eligibility.

2023 was the first year when the trio of Tony Parker, Dirk Nowitzki, and Pau Gasol could officially get elected into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. All three European legends have made it.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski from ESPN, all three former players as well as Dwyane Wade, current San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich, and WNBA legend Becky Hammon have been voted into the Hall of Fame.

The official announcement is expected to be released on Saturday, April 1st during the NCAA March Madness Final Four.

Prior to the class of 2023, only 49 other players had entered the Hall of Fame in their first year of eligibility. This year's class adds four members to the list.

The Hall of Fame enshrinement ceremony is scheduled for August 12th.
