After missing nearly a month of action due to an injury, Maccabi Tel Aviv guard Wade Baldwin was on track to return to the basketball court on Tuesday in the Israeli Basketball League.

Tomer Givati from Israel Hayom reported that Baldwin will be included in the 12-man roster, but Maccabi announced that Baldwin remains out.

Before Baldwin was sidelined due to a muscle strain, he averaged 15 points, 3.3 rebounds, 4.4 assists, and 1.1 steals per game for 14.7 PIR.

This week, Maccabi will square off against Real Madrid on Friday which will be another opportunity for Baldwin to make his return.

With the American guard absent, Maccabi captured their first two road wins in the EuroLeague, first against EA7 Emporio Armani Milan, then against ALBA Berlin.

Last week, the Israeli team defeated Anadolu Efes Istanbul after a mind-boggling 20-2 run in the fourth quarter.
