Ever since the match began, Estonia's presence was felt. The Baltic country started the game leading 10-4 and never looked back. Although they led only by six (24-18) after the first quarter, Estonia continued its dominance into the second quarter.

After leading by 13 following the first half (49-36), Estonia did not let Great Britain even think about capturing a victory. The Estonians started the second half with a 10-0 run (59-36), and the rest of the game was just a mere formality.

Henri Drell led Estonia with 20 points on 8-for-12 shooting in just 23 minutes. Siim-Sander Vene finished the match with 18 points and perfect shooting from the free-throw line, while Maik-Kalev Kotsar added 15 points and 8 rebounds.

Myles Hesson was the top scorer on the British team with 14 points on 6-for-9 shooting.

It was the first win for Estonia after suffering three losses in a row to start the tournament. Great Britain remains winless.
