Olympiacos Piraeus (17-1) defeated Aris Thessaloniki (8-12) 89-67 (21-16, 20-17, 25-12, 23-22) and got their 11th straight Greek Basket League victory.
After two Thomas Walkup's 3-pointers in a row, Olympiacos were up by 14 points (56-42) in the third period. Later, Olympiacos organized a 10-0 push to finish the third quarter and build a comfortable lead (66-45).
That essentially made the fourth quarter a formality, as the hosts maintained a double-digit advantage the rest of the way and secured the W.
Giannoulis Larentzakis led Olympiacos with 18 points and 2 assists.
