Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner, who remains out since mid-January with a left foot stress reaction, will miss the rest of the season, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Turner has made good progress in his recovery, via the report.
However, the Pacers (25-50) have only seven games left and will miss the playoffs.

Turner also averaged 12.9 points and 7.1 rebounds in 42 starts this campaign.
The 25-year-old has been the subject of trade talks and has drawn interest from several teams this season.
Myles Turner was in his seventh season, all with the Pacers. He averages 12.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks per game in 431 career duels (398 starts).
