In group F of FIBA 2023 World Cup qualifiers, Lithuania (4-0) remained perfect in these qualifiers and defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina (2-2) 77-56 (20-12, 14-20, 21-12, 22-12). With this win, Lithuania qualified for the next round of the World Cup qualifiers.

Tomas Dimsa took over in the second half, finishing with 19 points, while both teams struggled to find consistency from deep.
