According to Zalgiris head coach Jure Zdovc, the big man has returned after additional testing in France, and he's already practicing together with the team. The Lithuanian club hopes to see Lauvergne on the court during Sunday's local league match against Neptunas Klaipeda.

"He won't play in Milan, but I hope to see him on Sunday," Zdovc told the media before embarking on the flight to Milan.

Zalgiris will play against AX Armani Exchange Milan this Friday, hoping to snap their 5-game losing streak in the EuroLeague. The club currently sits last in the league's standings with 3 wins and 15 losses in their account.

Lauvergne has played only 2 matches for the team in the Euroleague, averaging 8.5 points, 4 rebounds, and 1 assist for 8.5 PIR in 19 minutes of play.
