Panathinaikos OPAP Athens game against Zalgiris Kaunas was postponed for the second time, according to the official Turkish Airlines EuroLeague announcement.
The duel has been suspended due to the urgent measures undertaken by the Greek government following the bad weather conditions that the Greek capital has experienced since last Monday.
Earlier, Lina Mendoni, Greece Minister of Culture and Sports, also released a statement that says that the OAKA complex will be closed until tomorrow due to heavy snowstorm and for precautionary reasons.
The game was already suspended earlier, and this time, it was supposed to take place on Wednesday (January 26).
Originally the game was scheduled on December 30, but then just before the tip-off, EuroLeague suspended the duel due to Covid cases in Panathinaikos camp.
Following the Special Regulations due to COVID-19, approved by the ECA Shareholders Executive Board, each game can be rescheduled up to three times, if there are available dates.
