21-year-old Sirvydis was called up after seven Pistons players, guards Cade Cunningham, Cory Joseph, Josh Jackson, Saben Lee, Killian Hayes, Rodney McGruder, and center Isaiah Stewart entered the NBA's COVID-19 protocols.
Sirvydis could be available for Sunday's game vs. San Antonio Spurs.

He was impressive this week in Las Vegas. In front of NBA GMs and scouts, Sirvydis averaged 18.5 points in two G League Showcase games, including a season-high 20 points in a win vs. Maine Celtics.
This year in the G League, he averaged 12.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 2.1 assists on 36.6% three-point shooting for the Motor City Cruise.
Sirvydis returns to Detroit after averaging 2.1 points and 1.5 rebounds in 7 minutes in 20 NBA games last season.
On his last appearance with the Pistons on May 15, Sirvydis scored 16 points in 19 minutes against Denver Nuggets.
