Italian powerhouse Virtus Bologna (5-2) got a comfortable win over Greek club Promitheas Patras (2-5) as they continued their good run in EuroCup. The team coached by Sergio Scariolo won 91-72 (27-23, 16-20, 27-13, 21-16)

In the fourth quarter, Promitheas never looked able to get back into the game. Virtus kept extending their lead, using also the energy of Ty-Shon Alexander and JaKarr Sampson. 

In the second half, Virtus Bologna entered the game with a completely different approach and built a great lead in the third period, scoring 27 points and building a 14-point lead (70-56).

Virtus had a great Kyle Weems in the first half. The American wing finished with 12 points. Dario Hunt, on the other hand, was the top guy for Promitheas Patras with 10 points and 4 rebounds. 

Kyle Weems was the top scorer for Virtus Bologna with 18 points (5/7 2PT, 2/2 3PT, 2/2 FT), 4 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, and 21 PIR.

Jerai Grant was the top scorer for Promitheas with 15 points (5/7 2PT, 5/5 FT), 5 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, and 24 PIR
