The Memphis Grizzlies have agreed to trade Spanish forward Juancho Hernangomez to the Boston Celtics for Kris Dunn, Carsen Edwards, and a 2026 second-round pick swap, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Soon after the Minnesota Timberwolves forbid Hernangomez from participating in the Tokyo Olympics with Spain, the 2.06 m forward was traded to the Grizzlies.
However, his time in Memphis seems to be short-lived, as the 25-year-old is on his way to Boston. ESPN's Bobby Marks reported that Memphis didn't ask Hernangomez to report to the team nor to take a physical.
Hernangomez is set to make $6.9 million this season and has another year on his contract, worth around $7.4 million. The final year of the deal, though, is not guaranteed.
Hernangomez averaged 7.2 points (33% 3PT) and 3.9 rebounds over 17.3 minutes with the Timberwolves last season.
Dunn, 27, will be joining his fourth team since being drafted No. 5 overall in 2016 by Minnesota. He played in only four games last season with the Atlanta Hawks due to ankle surgery.
Dunn has career averages of 8.2 points, 4.1 assists, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.5 steals in 231 games (126 starts) with the Timberwolves (2016-17), Chicago Bulls (2017-20), and Hawks.
Edwards, 23, averaged 3.6 points, 1.1 rebounds, and 9.2 minutes in 68 games (one start) with the Celtics over the past two seasons.
