Dekker, 27, is signing a deal with the Toronto Raptors. So far, neither the length nor worth of the contract is known.
Last season, Dekker played for Ankara Turk Telekom. In the Turkish league, the forward averaged 15.4 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 2.2 assists.
In the 2019-20 season, Dekker played for Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar and averaged 13.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.5 assists in 10 EuroCup games.
Earlier in his career, Dekker played for the Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Clippers, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Washington Wizards.
