Jan Vesely becomes an all-time EuroLeague leader in 2-pointers made

FC Barcelona had to battle hard to beat Zalgiris Kaunas 89-81 on Friday night in Game 2 of their best-of-five playoff series. Jan Vesely led Barca to a big win, breaking a EuroLeague all-time record in the process. With his 10 two-pointers made against Zalgiris, Vesely climbed to first place in that statistical category.

FC Barcelona battled against Zalgiris Kaunas in Game 1 of the EuroLeague playoffs on Wednesday without one of their highest-paid players on the roster. The unpleasant situation is set to continue for at least one more game. Cory Higgins will not compete on the court on Friday. The Barca guard is still battling a back injury that has been bothering him since the middle of March.
