Condensation problems suspended a Liga ACB match

Game of Liga ACB Round 2 between Rio Breogan and La Laguna Tenerife probably wouldn't be remembered for basketball reasons, but it will be remembered for some unusual circumstances happening in Lugo. Condensation problems of Pazo des Deportes, hall in Lugo where Breogan plays, made the court way too slippery and caused the game to be suspended.
Baskonia loses their ACB opener against Tenerife

Marcelinho Huertas to stay with Tenerife through age 43

La Laguna Tenerife and 41-year-old veteran guard Marcelinho Huertas have agreed to renew his contract for two more seasons, extending it until the end of the 2025-26 season. This contract extension means the Brazilian legend, who joined the team in the summer of 2019, will remain with the black and gold until he is 43 years old.

Weeks after becoming the Basketball Champions League's all-time leading scorer, Giorgi Shermadini has been declared out for the season. Lenovo Tenerife announced that the 35-year-old Georgian center will miss the rest of the season with a broken 9th rib on his left side. Additionally, Shermadini suffered a collapsed lung, which required medical attention at a local hospital.

Lenovo Tenerife veteran guard Marcelinho Huertas was named the BCL MVP one month before turning 41 years of age. He has averaged 16.5 points, 3.1 rebounds, 7.9 assists, and 19.1 EFF over 16 BCL games this season, guiding his team to the final.

Joan Sastre signs with Lenovo Tenerife

29-year-old Spaniard, who has been playing for the Valencia Basket since 2016, agreed to a three-year contract (2+1) with Lenovo Tenerife.
