The London Lions head coach Ryan Schmidt is leaving the club after accepting a coaching position with an NBA organization, sources tell BasketNews. Schmidt was initially set to start his second season as head coach of the London Lions but received an offer from the NBA he couldn't refuse. Per BasketNews sources, he will be joining the coaching staff of an Eastern Conference team.
