The best-of-three series is currently tied after Hapoel defeated Valencia 96-91 in Bulgaria.

Meanwhile, Hapoel was fined €4,000 by EuroLeague Basketball for the offensive chants made by its fans.

In response to the actions of the opposing team's supporters, Valencia has decided not to sell any tickets and will only allow season ticket holders to attend Game 3 of the EuroCup semi-finals.

"Given the situation that occurred in the second game of the semifinal tie in Bulgaria, and taking into account precedents, Valencia Basket has decided not to put tickets on sale for Wednesday's game, and only their season ticket holders can enjoy the game," Valencia stated in their press release.

"The Club will provide Hapoel only the minimum of 50 tickets required by the competition, and since there is no way to control, without discrimination, the sale of tickets for the game, this will not take place."

"The Club encourages all its fans not to lower themselves to respond at any time to the behavior that they had to suffer at the hands of rival fans in the second game of the tie, and to demonstrate, once again in this decisive match, the values that always characterize the Taronja fans."

The winner of the game on Wednesday will face either Bahcesehir or Gran Canaria in the finals to compete for a direct ticket to the EuroLeague.
