Panathinaikos-Olympiacos final attracted significant viewership on ERT3, peaking at 1,680,000 viewers.

The Greek Cup final between rivals Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens and Olympiacos Piraeus took place on Sunday and was broadcast live on ERT3, significantly boosting the channel's viewership.

During the game, which aired from 20:15 to 22:15 local time, ERT3 topped the ratings among all national television channels with 18% viewership. Among male viewers, the ratings soared to 25%.

The final attracted at least 824,000 viewers, with peak coverage reaching 1,680,000 people for a brief moment.

Panathinaikos triumphed over Olympiacos with a final score of 79-75, ending Olympiacos' three-year reign as Greek Cup champions.

To celebrate this victory and the club's 21st Greek Cup trophy, PAO owner Dimitris Giannakopoulos announced a €100,000 bonus for the team's players and staff.
