The 25-year-old Senegalese player is scheduled to undergo surgery on Tuesday morning and will be sidelined for several months as he recovers from the injury.
Ndiaye sustained the injury during ASVEL's EuroLeague Round 16 game against Partizan.
Most recently, he was seen using crutches during the team's visit to Kaunas for their latest EuroLeague matchup.
This season, Ndiaye has appeared in 14 EuroLeague games, averaging 7.2 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 7.1 PIR.
A similar fate befell Fenerbahce's Scottie Wilbekin, who also suffered an ACL tear in Round 1 and will miss the entire season.
