Biberovic seemed to have slightly stepped on Francisco's right ankle, rolling his ankle. He later returned to the team's bench.
The 23-year-old forward has been a valuable role player, averaging 11.7 points and 3.1 rebounds for 8.9 PIR per game.
Fenerbahce have already lost Scottie Wilbekin, Wade Baldwin IV, and Devon Hall to injuries.
