Facing difficulties with the roster, Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv are reportedly about to sign a new player.
According to Arale Weisberg from Walla Sport, Maccabi are close to signing David DeJulius, who started the season playing for Aris Midea Thessaloniki in Greece.
In 6 games in the EuroCup so far, DeJulius averaged 14.3 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 2.7 assists for 14.2 PIR for Aris. His stats are even better in the Greek League (ESAKE) - 18.5 points, 3 rebounds, and 5.25 assists for 22.8 PIR.
Maccabi will pay a buyout to Aris, and DeJulius is expected to join the Israeli team, Weisberg notes.
After the departure of Daryl Macon Jr. and Jordan Loyd, Maccabi signed Saben Lee earlier in October. So far, this has been the only addition to the roster, which currently has two players - Wenyen Gabriel and Tamir Blatt - injured.
