Cedi Osman, newly signed by Panathinaikos, expressed his excitement and determination to win another EuroLeague title. Osman discussed his easy decision to join Panathinaikos and his high expectations for the upcoming season.

In his initial statements, Osman shared his enthusiasm for his new role and outlined his goals for the season.
"For this, I am here for the back-to-back EuroLeague titles," Osman said.
"We have a great team, but it will be more challenging this season due to strong competition and significant transfers by other teams. But obviously, we are the best and going for back-to-back," he added.
Osman described his decision to join Panathinaikos as straightforward.
"It was an easy choice for me. I've known the team for many years and played against them when I was younger," he explained.
"There was interest from other EuroLeague teams, but it wasn't a difficult decision. I spoke with coach Ergin Ataman several times; he was my coach when I was younger. I'm happy to be part of Panathinaikos."
Looking ahead, Osman expressed his eagerness to return to EuroLeague action.
"I watched EuroLeague games all the time, and I missed it," he said.
He also mentioned his excitement about reconnecting with his friend Omer Yurtseven.
"I spoke with Omer right after I signed. He is a good friend, and I think we'll have a great time together."
On his NBA experience and reasons for joining Panathinaikos.
"There were several NBA teams in contact, but we couldn't reach an agreement due to tax issues. I'm coming to a team with seven EuroLeague titles, and it will be a special year." Osman noted.
Osman concluded by expressing his excitement about the passionate Panathinaikos fans.
"I've seen many games last season and witnessed the fans' passion. I'm receiving many messages and am eager to start playing," he concluded.
