At 37 years old, Nando de Colo has reportedly agreed on a new two-year deal with ASVEL. This new contract is set to be the last in his long and illustrious career.
Nando de Colo's illustrious career in European basketball is reportedly set to continue in the same club he represented for the past two seasons.
According to Yann Ohnona from L'Equipe, de Colo has agreed to a new two-year deal with LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne.
In his 11th season in the EuroLeague last year, de Colo averaged 12.2 points and 4.1 assists per game for 13.7 PIR. His stats were similar in the French League (LNB) - 11 points and 4.2 assists for 12.3 PIR.
The 37-year-old Frenchman is the second-highest scorer in EuroLeague history and the top scorer in European Cups history, surpassing the legendary Nikos Galis in 2022.
Earlier this year, de Colo claimed his next contract was going to be his last one. It seems the player will retire in ASVEL.
