Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens forward Juancho Hernangomez is doubtful for the rest of the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament (OQT) in Valencia, Spain, following an adductor injury sustained during Game Day 1 against Lebanon on Tuesday, as reported by Jose Ignacio Pinilla of AS.com.

The tests conducted have been inconclusive, and his availability for Wednesday's match against Angola seems highly unlikely. Despite this setback, Hernangomez joined his teammates for the morning session prior to their second game at La Fonteta.
Against Lebanon, Hernangomez played just over 8 minutes before signaling for a substitution in the 16th minute due to the injury. After attempting a three-pointer, the Madrid native immediately communicated his discomfort to the coaching staff and headed frustratedly to the bench.
His potential absence poses another challenge for Spain, which recently lost Alex Abrines during a training session last Thursday.
